The main living area opens to a wide entertaining terrace with outdoor dining, BBQ, and level lawn, a natural gathering point for families and friends.
The kitchen, living, and dining zones are bright, social, and set up for relaxed holiday cooking. Large sliders pull the outdoors in, making the whole home feel connected to the coastline below.
A separate TV room provides a second retreat: ideal for kids, quiet reading time, or upon request it can be made into an additional sleeping space with a fold-out sofa bed.
The master bedroom is private and peaceful, with sea views, a king bed, and a full ensuite. Two further bedrooms sit on the same level, both with wide windows and beautiful light. The home is level-entry from the driveway and includes easy on-site parking.

The closest bus stop is on O’Brien Road, linking you directly to the island’s main route between the Matiatia Ferry Terminal, Oneroa Village, Ostend, The Heke Brewery, Palm Beach, and Onetangi Beach.
